Welcome to Soulune. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Soulune regarding your access to and use of the Soulune application, website, and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using Soulune, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Soulune account. By using the service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that all information you provide is accurate. Soulune may refuse, suspend, or limit access if we believe you do not meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@soulune.com if you believe your account has been compromised. You agree not to share your account, impersonate others, or create accounts for anyone other than yourself.

You agree to use Soulune in a lawful, respectful way. You may not harass, threaten, exploit, or discriminate against others; post illegal, violent, or sexually explicit content involving minors; spam; scrape; or attempt to interfere with the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules or our community guidelines.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By posting, you grant Soulune a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for the content you share and confirm that you have the rights to post it. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

Your use of Soulune is also subject to how we collect and use personal information. We do not sell your personal data. You choose what you share on your profile. Please avoid posting sensitive information you would not want others to see. For privacy questions, contact support@soulune.com.

Soulune offers safety tools such as block, report, and mute, along with human moderation. These measures reduce risk but cannot eliminate it. Meet new people with care, keep personal details private until you are ready, and report anything that feels unsafe. We may investigate reports and take action we consider appropriate.

You may delete your account or stop using Soulune at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. After termination, provisions that by their nature should survive—including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity—will continue to apply.

Soulune is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that connections you make will lead to any particular result. You use Soulune at your own discretion and risk, including any interactions with other members online or in person.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soulune and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to Soulune will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars if you have not paid.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soulune and its team from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date and, when appropriate, provide additional notice in the app or by email. Your continued use of Soulune after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.
